Description:

This emulsifier-based recipe creates a luscious and tangy balsamic vinaigrette dressing that perfectly coats your favorite salad greens.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (emulsifier)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, honey, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously to emulsify the dressing.
