3. Legal basis
- Strictly necessary cookies are stored on the basis of Section 25(2) No. 2 of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG). Any related processing of personal data is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performing a contract, e.g. your order) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in a secure, working shop).
- All other cookies (preferences, analytics, marketing) are only used with your consent under Section 25(1) TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
4. How we manage your consent
When you first visit our shop, a cookie banner asks for your consent. We use the consent tool Consentik, a Shopify app, for this. It stores your choice in a cookie so we don't have to ask again on every visit. Non-essential cookies are only activated after you agree to the relevant category.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by reopening the cookie settings on our website, or by deleting the cookies in your browser. The banner will then appear again.

6. Other external services
- Shopify: Our shop is hosted by Shopify International Ltd., Victoria Buildings, 2nd Floor, 1-2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, Ireland. More information: Shopify Cookie Policy.
- Google Fonts: Fonts are loaded from Google servers (Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). This transfers your IP address to Google. Google Fonts does not set cookies.
- Content delivery networks: Some scripts and styles are loaded from cdnjs.cloudflare.com, cdn.jsdelivr.net and code.jquery.com. These services receive your IP address to deliver the files but do not set cookies.
7. Transfers to third countries
Some providers, such as Meta, Shopify and Google, may process data in the USA or other countries outside the EU/EEA. Where the provider is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, the European Commission's adequacy decision applies. Otherwise, the transfer is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. 8. How to control cookies
- Cookie settings: Change your choice at any time via the cookie settings on our website.
- Browser: You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the shop, such as the cart or checkout, may stop working.
- Advertising preferences: For Meta you can also manage ad settings at facebook.com/adpreferences.
