2. Eligibility

Participation is open to natural persons who are at least 18 years old and resident in Germany. Participation is free of charge and does not require a purchase.

You take part by joining the “Founding 100” waiting list and confirming your email address via the link in the confirmation email. By taking part you accept these terms.

3. How the referral programme works

Once you have registered, you receive a personal referral link. If another person joins the waiting list through that link, they count as referred by you.

Your position on the waiting list is determined by the number of your referrals that count: more referrals means a better position. Where the number is equal, the time of registration decides — whoever registered earlier ranks higher.

The first 100 places on the waiting list at the end of the referral programme (§ 9) form the “Founding 100”.

We send out the purchase links for Synthor GO! in the order of the waiting list, from top to bottom. Members of the Founding 100 can therefore order before everyone else.

Any member of the Founding 100 who orders a Synthor GO! additionally receives one discount code worth 29 € for recipes, together with a permanent founding number from 001 to 100, assigned in the order in which orders are placed. The conditions in § 6 apply to this code. Without an order, these entitlements do not arise. Membership of the Founding 100 carries no benefit beyond this — in particular no different device price and no entitlement to a device.

Until then your position is not fixed. It can move in either direction, because other participants also move up through referrals. Only your position at the end of the programme is decisive. You can check your current standing at any time via the link in our emails.

4. When a referral counts

A referral only counts once the referred person has confirmed their email address via the confirmation link. A registration without confirmation creates no entitlement.

The record in our waiting-list system is decisive for attribution. Referrals that did not go through the personal link cannot be attributed afterwards; this is technically impossible.

5. The reward

For every referral that counts, both sides each receive a discount code worth 10 € for products in the Pouches category (on our website: recipes): the referring person and the referred person.

For the referring person, a maximum of ten referrals are rewarded with a discount code. This does not affect the referred person's reward: anyone who arrives through a referral link and confirms their registration receives their discount code even if the referring person has already used up their ten referrals.

This cap applies to the discount codes only. All referrals count towards your position on the waiting list, including the eleventh and every further one.

6. Conditions of the discount codes

• The discount code entitles the holder solely to a price reduction on one order in the me:vidual online shop.
• It is valid only for products in the Pouches category (on our website: recipes). A discount code worth 10 € requires a goods value of at least 12.99 € from that category; the Founding 100 discount code worth 29 € requires a goods value of at least 38.97 €.
• It can be redeemed once and cannot be combined with other discount codes.
• It can be redeemed for twelve months from the sales launch of Synthor GO! and expires thereafter.
• Payment in cash or offsetting against other claims is excluded.
• The discount code may be passed on. Whoever redeems it need not have taken part in the waiting list themselves.
• All amounts stated in these terms include VAT. The minimum goods value refers to the value of the products excluding shipping costs.

7. Issue of the discount codes

The discount codes will be sent by 15 December 2026 at the latest, by email to the address with which you registered for the waiting list.

They can be redeemed from the sales launch of Synthor GO!. The twelve-month redemption period under § 6 also begins at the sales launch — if the launch is postponed, your redemption period is not shortened.

8. Exclusion and misuse

A referral to yourself creates no entitlement. The same applies to registrations made by automated means, to the use of email addresses without the consent of the person concerned, and to publishing the referral link on portals whose purpose is to collect registrations or discounts, as well as to mass distribution in forums, comment sections or unsolicited messages.

Where there is reasonable suspicion of misuse, we reserve the right to disregard individual referrals and to block discount codes already issued. In such a case we will tell you which referral is affected and what our decision is based on.

9. Duration and changes

The referral programme begins on 28 September 2026. It ends as soon as the first of the following events occurs:

• on 1 December 2026,
• as soon as 1,000 people have confirmed their registration for the waiting list, or
• at an earlier point in time announced by us.

We will announce an end under the third point at least 14 days in advance by email to all participants.

We determine when the limit of 1,000 confirmed registrations is reached and close registration without delay. That point in time is decisive for the end of the programme.

The point at which the programme ends is decisive for the composition of the Founding 100 and for which referrals are taken into account. Entitlements to discount codes already acquired are unaffected by the end of the programme; § 6 governs the validity of the codes.

10. WhatsApp channel

To the first 100 people who have confirmed their registration for the waiting list, we additionally send an invitation link to our WhatsApp channel. The time of confirmation is decisive.

Taking part in the channel is voluntary, free of charge and not part of the referral programme. There is no entitlement to it, and we may discontinue the channel at any time. It has no effect on your position on the waiting list or on the discount codes.

11. Data protection

To run the referral programme we process your email address, your referral code, the number of your referrals and your position on the waiting list. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

We use Prefinery (Prefinery, Inc., USA) as a processor to operate the waiting list. Prefinery is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; the transfer to the USA is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision of 10 July 2023. Details on the processing, on storage periods and on your rights can be found in our privacy policy.

The WhatsApp channel under § 10 is operated via WhatsApp, a service of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. If you join the channel, Meta processes your data under its own terms; we have no influence on this. You decide for yourself whether to join — we transmit no data about you to Meta.

12. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the state in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.

We are not obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body, but are willing to do so.
